I had the filtered coffee of the week (Ethiopian, natural process) — so good I ended up having a second cup. The American pancakes were just how I love them: soft, not too sweet, served with fresh fruits and crunchy pistachios that added a perfect texture. I also really appreciated being able to use my Dutch — and I’m thankful to the waitresses for not switching to English when they noticed I wasn’t a native speaker. It made me feel welcome and encouraged to keep learning! I sat outside to enjoy the nice weather and view, but the inside is also beautifully decorated and very cosy. Highly recommend. ”
